Before cooperation, please read the precautions carefully by Party A
1: All packages are a round of game content testing. According to the content testing of the game version submitted to us, the game testing content cannot be added to this collaboration without increasing the testing fee. This means that we will conduct a one-time test of the cooperative game testing content within the package for the provided game version. During this round of testing, we will try our best to use the testing methods and techniques we know to ensure that the version can be as close to online status as possible after our testing.
2: Due to the varying sizes of each independent game content and functional module, research and development students are requested to purchase a package that truly meets their game size testing needs based on their actual game size.
3: If the purchase time of the package is not sufficient to test all the game functions, QA will prioritize ensuring the smoothness of the entire game. For example, all functions can be clicked and used, and efforts will be made to discover obvious games that are fatal or affect the player's gaming experience, such as freezing. QA will not conduct detailed testing of secondary and tertiary functions, as well as the interaction logic with other functions.
4: QA will provide operation steps, bug screenshots, bug videos, bug log files, and game archives to help R&D colleagues locate bugs based on the difficulty of their occurrence.
5: During the QA testing process, if the R&D team modifies the content that has already been tested, QA will not conduct secondary testing. If the R&D team requests testing, additional fees will be charged.
6: During the testing process, if the R&D team adds new content/features/upgrades that are not within the scope of this package testing, additional fees will be charged.
7: Our studio does not guarantee that tested games will never have any bugs. If there are similar requirements in the corresponding signed contract, they will not take effect (April 2, 2024).
8: After the signing of the contract between Party A and Party B, if the first bug is generated during game testing, regardless of whether Party A does not want to continue cooperation for any reason, Party B will not refund the first payment, and Party B will continue to complete the game testing content corresponding to the first payment according to the contract. After the contract is signed, it shall be deemed that Party A is aware of and has agreed to this rule (May 17, 2024).
